Life In the Fast Lane

have been very busy this week. i just summarize what i did to save me some time. i need to update my blog atlest once a week. so here we are :

handling River Rangers program with Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran. took the students to Sungai Kayu Ara, Mambau as a field work. they enjoyed it every moment. from there they know why it is so important for us to make sure our river clean and safe for consumption.the climax is one of out top host in the country, Ally Iskandar, also came to give some talk about this.

apart from that we arranged a study trip to Yakult Factory to show the students how they make such a wonderful drink. it reminded me to drink more yakult (its a prebiotic drink) everyday to clean my stomach (right?)

my neck and shouder pain has been subsided. maybe because i was too busy to even think about it at all.thanks to all my friends who wish me well. i really appreciate your prayer :))

went up and downn to lawyer office to settle my house loan.now i can breath easier and sleep peacefully at night.

went back to my village to visit my father. hes not feeling well lately so i try to visit him as often as i could.

thats all i can think of so far..i think there is more but i couldnt think about it at all and i know some peoples are busier than me hahaha ..see ya!
