Never Say Goodbye - Bon Jovi

As I sit in this smoky room
The night about to end
I pass my time with strangers
But this bottle's my only friend

Remember when we used to park
On Butler Street out in the dark
Remember when we lost the keys
And you lost more than that in my backseat

Remember when we used to talk
About busting out - we'd break their hearts
Together - forever

Never say goodbye, never say goodbye
You and me and my old friends
Hoping it would never end

Never say goodbye, never say goodbye
Holdin' on - we got to try
Holdin' on to never say goodbye

Remember days of skipping school
Racing cars and being cool
With a six pack and the radio
We didn't need no place to go

Remember at the prom that night
You and me we had a fight
But the band they played our favorite song
And I held you in my arms so strong

We danced so close
We danced so slow
And I swore I'd never let you go
Together - forever

I guess you'd say we used to talk
About busting out
We'd break their hearts
Together - forever

i'm going to wear my robe and holding my scroll here wth the hats July 2008! can't wait for my convocation day!

Living In 2008

i dont know the name of this flower...

1. You accidentally enter your password on the microwave.

2. You haven't played Solitaire with real cards in years.

3. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of 3.

4. You e-mail the person who works at the desk next to you.

5. Your reason for not staying in touch with friends and family is that they don't have e-mail addresses.

6. You pull up in your own driveway and use your cell phone to see if anyone is home to help you carry in the groceries.

7. Every commercial on television has a web site at the bottom of the screen.

8. Leaving the house without your cell phone, which you didn't have the first 20 or 30 (or 60) years of your life, is now a cause for panic and you turn around to go and get it.

10. You get up in the morning and go on line before getting your coffee.

11. You start tilting your head sideways to smile. : )

12 You're reading this and nodding and laughing.

13. Even worse, you know exactly to whom you are going to talk about this message.

14. You are too busy to notice there was no #9 on this list.

15. You actually scrolled back up to check that there wasn't#9 on this list

AND NOW YOU ARE LAUGHING at yourself.....hehehehe...CHEERS!!!

My First Love

My Pink Hibiscus

i must have been 16 that time..sweet sixteen..that's what people always say..i was in a boarding school after completing my primary school...never had a boyfriend before ..thanks to my mom because she got this habit of cutting my hair very-very short....she said it's easy to maintain...and because of that..i thank my mom again because i think no boy wanted to befriend or to take a look at me that time because of how i a tomboy!!

i couldnt be bothered with boys either even some of my friends secretly went for dates during our weekend outing...then during sports day in my school i won a gold medal in the long jump. i represented my "Rumah Rajawali(Red House). I was then selected to represent my school in the district meet.I was also selected to captain the girls in my school.

There was this good looking boy who followed me everywhere i went even when i wanted to ease myself to the nearby toilet (of all the places), he waited for me outside the toilet until i emerged...i was so shy...I never had any boyfriends before, ...then suddenly he asked for my name and gave me a small piece of it was written his address! with my hands trembling (dont laugh because i was very naive then)i took the piece of paper and put it in my pocket and ran away as fast as i could! before that he asked me for my school address..i told him quickly and i noticed he didnt write down anything...!

when i went back to the hostel i tried to forget the incident and move on with my life...the very next week i received a letter from him and attached with the letter was his photo! oh man..that time i realized he was one of the most handsome boy that i ever seen..quite tall for his age..he was 17 that time...i immediately fell in love with this guy...that was the starting of our Monkey Love journey...

after few letters and phone calls..he gave me a surprise! he was selected to represent our state in Rugby tournament and my school was selected as the training centre for the rugby ...he had to stay at our boy's hostel for about 2 weeks and i was very happy to see him...the point is i started to spent time more in front of the mirror..and kept my hair long..this time my mom couldnt do anything about it or maybe she had realized that her daughter was not a kid anymore but turned herself to a young lady...i wanted to look attractive for him. he was very caring, passionate and humble...

but as time passed by..i got myself very buzy..i was going to sit for my big exam...SPM... and had very little time for him ...and in the mean time i got more attention from other guys too...but that was not the real reason for our break up..i think our school's culture didnt permit us to get along well...i was from a residential school..we focused more on academic results and he was from a normal secondary school..he didnt bother to study but concentrated more in his sporting activities...and for this reason he failed his exams! i was so disappointed with him for not studying hard but nevertheless we still carried on with our relationship..

then i got a news from him..he wanted to go to Sarawak because he has applied to be a forest ranger and he got the job! i did miss him very much at first but then i was buzy preparing myself for i decided to concentrate more on my studies....i didnt know what happened to him after that but i knew i already broke his very first love...he sent me letters but i didnt bother to reply! i think i was selfish that time but hey...i was not proud of what i did to him...and i wish him to be happier without me around..i heard Sarawakian girls were very beautiful...maybe he will find one to be his special...(that one is to make me feel less guilty...)

so that was the end of my first love....Saz...if u happen to read this i am sorry..really really sorry for what i have done to u...maybe we are not meant for each other..i wish u all the best, may god bless u always...

What's Your Names Hidden Meaning

after my last posting on my blog about 'What's In My Name' i got an inquiry from one of my friends...she wants to know if there is any hidden meaning in my name...well i said i dont know any hidden meaning until i visited my friend's blog was just a casual visit but then it really helped me a lot! finally i can answer my friend's question and i do hope after this posting i can finally close a chapter about my name...please dont ask anything about my name anymore!

What Waliz Means

You are very charming... dangerously so. You have the potential to break a lot of hearts.
You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it.
You have the power to rule the world. Let's hope you're a benevolent dictator!

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.
You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.

You have the classic "Type A" personality.

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.
You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.
Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.

You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are incredibly wise and perceptive. You have a lot of life experience.
You are a natural peacemaker, and you are especially good at helping others getalong.
But keeping the peace in your own life is not easy. You see things very differently, and it's hard to get you to budge.

well i can tell you that what has been written above is almost 100% if u find me dangerous then u should not associate with me...hehehe..yeah i can be aggressive sometimes so dont get deceived by my innocent looks...!

and finally..i want to thank Nisha again and again for her beautifully designed award which she did especially for me..u can see it at the top righthand corner of this blog. Thanks again Nisha for the wonderful award..i really appreciate it!

My bougeinvilla

People Are Often Unreasonable

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may just never be enough;
Give the world the best you have anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it's all between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

My First Award and Tag For Year 2008

This is the first award i got this year which was presented to me by Rj who has a blog " Just about anything and everything under the sun"...Thanks are such a sweet and wonderful girl!

Then the second surprise came from a sweet loving guy
Dann from "My Love Hub"...i have to make a list of goals to achieve in Year 2008...Hmmm... Dann added that 'You need to set a goal to stay focus and determined to achieve success. It will help you motivate.' i think that is so can be successful if u want to...but not been forced to... so not to be left out, I have set few goals for this year..Here are some goals that I have set...and i hope i can achieve it this year...!

To be a good Counsellor to my clients (students)

To get first class honour degree

To look better, be healthier and feel better about myself.

To read more books especially about self-help

To ??????

Actually there's alot more to write but i just dont want to be a hypocrite...i've stucked quite a long time at number 5...its like wanna write or not to write about i decided that wht i've written above is more than enough...and i dont want to write something like 'to help more needy people' because at this time i can only afford to save myself...sigh!

But i wish i can do that one day..when i have extra $$$ and time...when i think its time to give...and i dont have to have to wait till i get my millions either...! Sorry usual its out of topic again..hmmm.

January Jokes

A married woman was having an affair. Whenever her lover
came over, she put her nine year old son in the closet.
One day the woman heard a car in the driveway and put her
lover in the closet, as well.

Inside the closet, the little boy says, "It's dark in here,
isn't it?"
"Yes, it is," the man replies.
"You wanna buy a baseball?" the little boy asks.
"No, thanks," the man replies.
"I think you do want to buy a baseball," the little extortionist
"OK. How much?" the man replies after considering the position
he's in.
"$25." the little boy replies.
"$25?!" the man repeats incredulously, but complies to
protect his hidden position.

The following week, the lover is visiting the woman again when
she hears a car and, again, places her lover in the closet with
her little boy.

"It's dark in here, isn't it?" the boy starts off.
"Yes, it is," replies teh man.
"Wanna buy a baseball glove?" the little boy asks.
"OK. How much?" the hiding lover responds, acknowledging his
"$50." the boy replies and the transaction is completed.

The next weekend, the little boy's father says, "Hey, son.
Go get your ball and glove and we'll play some catch."
"I can't. I sold them." replies the little boy.
"How much did you get for them?" asks the father, expecting
to hear the profit in terms of lizards and candy.
"$75." the little boy says.
"$75?!" That's thievery! I'm taking you to the church
right now. You must confess your sin and ask forgiveness",
the father explains as he hauls the child away.

At the church, the little boy goes into the confessional,
draws the curtain, sits down and says, "It's dark in here,
isn't it?"

"Don't start that stuff in here, kid!" the priest says.
